These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Tempo Fuel (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The Site and changes

The Site is provided for information about Tempo Fuel and our upcoming launch. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Launch updates signup

If you submit your email to receive launch updates, you represent that the address is yours and that you consent to us using it for that purpose, as described in our Privacy policy. You can contact us at hello@tempofuel.in to ask to be removed from our list.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes others’ rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ data, or the infrastructure hosting the Site;
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the Site in a manner that could impair it;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false or misleading information.

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and layout) are owned by Tempo Fuel or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print a reasonable copy for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site (for this launch phase). Separate terms will apply when we offer products or services for sale.
