Tempo Fuel (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our website at tempofuel.in (the “Site”), including when you sign up to hear about our launch.

2. Data controller

3. What we collect

Email address. If you submit the launch-updates form, we collect the email address you provide.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) in server or security logs. We use this only to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to collect aggregated information about how the Site is used - for example pages viewed, approximate geography, device type, and referral sources. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and process data on our behalf as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can learn about Google Analytics and opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on (where available) or your browser settings.

4. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• Send you updates about our launch and related news, if you asked us to;

• Measure traffic and engagement using analytics tools (in aggregated form);

We use Google Analytics as described above. Google processes analytics data in accordance with its terms and may transfer data globally subject to its safeguards.

We store launch sign-up records in Notion (provided by Notion Labs, Inc.), which acts as a service provider on our instructions. Your email and the date and time of submission are recorded there. Notion may process data in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

The Site is hosted on infrastructure that may be located outside your country. We take steps described below to protect information transferred in this way.

7. Retention

We keep your email and related signup metadata for as long as needed to send launch-related communications and, after launch, for a reasonable period to manage our list and legal obligations, unless you ask us to delete your data earlier (see below).

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Essential cookies or similar technologies may also be used by our hosting or security providers where required for the Site to function. We do not use these tools to sell your data or to run personalised advertising on this Site.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will take additional steps as required by law.
